Welcome, I hope we can meet and work together to help you feel empowered, learn new ways to cope, and find fulfillment in your own story. I get how hard it can be to feel stuck with the struggles in life that never seem to go away or improve, and I believe change is possible. I specialize in supporting people surrounding difficult life transitions and grief/loss and help clients reduce anxiety, depression, and stress so that they can take steps to live life more aligned with their values. Examples include supporting clients with baby loss or miscarriage, anticipatory grief, health concerns, relationship changes such as divorce, and secondary trauma. My offering is solutions-focused and strengths-based and includes mindfulness as well as practical skills for self-care and self-compassion. I believe you have the wisdom within you and that you are strong and brave no matter how difficult things seem to you at this point in time.   • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) One of the most widely used approaches, CBT helps people identify unhelpful thoughts and replace them with healthier patterns. It is effective for anxiety, depression, and many other concerns.
  • Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT) Builds skills in self-kindness and compassion toward others. It is especially helpful for people who struggle with shame or self-criticism.
  • Narrative Therapy Encourages people to view problems as separate from themselves and reframe their life story. It helps build resilience and self-identity.
  • Person-Centered Therapy (Rogerian) Emphasizes empathy, unconditional positive regard, and authenticity. It provides a safe space for self-discovery and growth.
  • Relational Psychotherapy Emphasizes the healing power of the therapist-client relationship. It uses trust and safety as a foundation for change.
  • Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) Focuses on solutions and future goals rather than past problems. It is practical, short-term, and goal-driven.

Utilizing my areas of training in Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Narrative Therapy, I will help you focus on solutions to the problems you're facing, reassess and connect with your values, and incorporate stress-management techniques that you can use in your day-to-day life.
