As a therapist, I draw from a wide array of practice and treatment to tailor treatment to your individual needs and goals. I have extensive training and primarily specialize in Cognitive Behavior Therapy as well as Dialectical Behavior Therapy. Additionally, I often utilize mindfulness and breath work in therapy in order to cultivate self-awareness.
I truly believe that therapy can offer the space for healing to occur. I believe that cultivating self-awareness allows oneself to find the space they need to choose the most helpful response aligned with their individual goals and values. I understand that choosing a therapist can be difficult, and offer a free consultation call prior to scheduling.
