Sitting in the client's chair for my own inner work taught me just how much courage it takes to ask for help—and I’ve never forgotten how exposed that first conversation feels. Since 2003, I’ve helped adults unburden stored pain and uncover the early, unspoken beliefs that still shape their choices. Expect a space with more laughter than you'd guess for therapy—one where we roll up our sleeves and embrace the messy, real, and imperfect process of healing. Bring your courage and curiosity and I'll bring two decades of experience. Let's see what we can do together!

Treatment Approach
- Adlerian Therapy Focuses on understanding a person’s sense of belonging and purpose. It helps people overcome feelings of inferiority and create healthier relationships.
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) One of the most widely used approaches, CBT helps people identify unhelpful thoughts and replace them with healthier patterns. It is effective for anxiety, depression, and many other concerns.
- Existential / Humanistic Therapy Encourages people to explore meaning, freedom, and authenticity in their lives. It focuses on personal growth and living in alignment with one’s values.
- Experiential Therapy Involves hands-on activities to bring emotions into the present moment. It helps clients process feelings more deeply than through conversation alone.
- Gestalt Therapy Encourages awareness of thoughts, feelings, and actions in the present moment. It helps people integrate different parts of themselves for wholeness.
- Integrative Therapy Combines techniques from multiple approaches into a customized plan. It adapts to each client’s unique situation and needs.
- Person-Centered Therapy (Rogerian) Emphasizes empathy, unconditional positive regard, and authenticity. It provides a safe space for self-discovery and growth.
- Psychoeducational Therapy Provides education and coping tools about mental health conditions. It empowers clients with knowledge and practical skills.

- Online Therapy Details: When you schedule your appointment through the client portal, you’ll select whether you’d like to meet in person or online. Before an online session, you’ll receive a secure video link. At the time of our appointment, I recommend finding a private, comfortable space where you feel safe to speak freely, and using a device with a screen large enough to see each other easily (like a laptop or tablet).
I invite you to stop carrying your burdens alone and explore what working together side by side can look like. Therapy with me is a grounded, warm conversation rooted in authentic human connection, somatic unclenching, and even unexpected moments of shared laughter. Real healing happens when you are safe to drop the filter, speak openly, and expand your window of tolerance without fear of judgment.
We draw from evidence-based modalities, translating complex clinical concepts into practical, everyday tools for living. Gestalt Therapy involves staying present in the moment, noticing what is happening in real-time right here in the room so you can be genuinely yourself. It means trying on new things so you can move out of the default mode and enter into something fresh and alive.
Somatic work involves listening to physical cues—like tight shoulders, shallow breathing, or a clenched jaw—to help your nervous system step out of survival mode, relax, and reset. EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) uses gentle eye movements or rhythmic tapping to unstick heavy, distressing memories so past trauma stops dictating your present choices and sense of safety. Adlerian Early Scripts means gently unpacking childhood rules or early "survival tools" (such as chasing gold stars or striving for perfection) to rewrite an authentic narrative that fits who you are today. These flexible, integrative approaches form a personalized roadmap designed to help you navigate your specific daily life challenges and reclaim your vitality.
