Emma Hutchinson Practice Description
Are you looking for a compassionate and comfortable space to unpack and process some of the challenges you are experiencing? Perhaps you are looking for tools to support you through, or maybe you want to go deeper to understand and heal the roots of some of the issues you are struggling with. Some teens and adults really crave a regular space they can go, have a cup of tea, and just talk with a non-judgmental person about whatever is coming up in their lives that week. If any of that sounds like something you are looking for, I would love to support you on your journey.
For several years I've had the privilege of supporting folks from many walks of life through relationship issues, grief and loss, shame over past experiences, and the search for meaning and purpose. I draw from a variety of therapeutic models including EMDR, Internal Family Systems, and talk-based therapies and can collaborate with you to create a way of working together that honours and supports the unique person you are.
I enjoy working with teens and adults, and wholeheartedly embrace and support the exploration of all genders, relationship configurations, and sexual orientations. Reaching out for help takes courage. A nice way to start is with a free 15-minute consult to meet, see the space, and ask any questions you might have. I look forward to connecting!
