I combine Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Extensional Therapy to help you develop the mental and emotional skills that allow you to be present and genuine, both with yourself and with others. These skills will help you learn to navigate & process challenging thoughts & emotions in ways that serve you and your purpose.

Treatment Approach
- Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) Helps people accept difficult thoughts and feelings instead of fighting them, while committing to actions that reflect their values. It blends mindfulness with practical behavior strategies.
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) One of the most widely used approaches, CBT helps people identify unhelpful thoughts and replace them with healthier patterns. It is effective for anxiety, depression, and many other concerns.
- Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT) Builds skills in self-kindness and compassion toward others. It is especially helpful for people who struggle with shame or self-criticism.
- Existential / Humanistic Therapy Encourages people to explore meaning, freedom, and authenticity in their lives. It focuses on personal growth and living in alignment with one’s values.
- Narrative Therapy Encourages people to view problems as separate from themselves and reframe their life story. It helps build resilience and self-identity.
- Person-Centered Therapy (Rogerian) Emphasizes empathy, unconditional positive regard, and authenticity. It provides a safe space for self-discovery and growth.
Approach Description: I use Narrative & Existential Therapy, allowing you to share your story & experiences, providing validation, processing, healing, & learning from challenging memories. Then, I use Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy to teach you how to live authentically and effectively in the present moment, enabling you to captain your emotional & mental ship rather than being at the mercy of daily fluctuations.

- Average Session Fee $175
- Affordable sliding scale therapy: apply if you may be eligible.
- We work with clients who are in financially distressed situations on a client by client basis. Please reach out and we will see if we can help.
- Out of Network
- We have clients pay upfront for services. We will provide an emailed receipt for you to forward directly to your insurance company for reimbursement. It is always good to check your plan to ensure they cover psychotherapy specifically & to know the amount of coverage you have.
