"It is only when compassion is present that people allow themselves to see the truth."~A.H. Almaas.
Working in the field for 20 years has taught me that the greatest gift I can give someone is my presence, my compassion, and my space-holding. I have witnessed many people heal their inner child, trauma, and early wounding through our work together. Self love and discovering the true self is key, and this is a foundational practice of my approach.
Client Focus
Session Format: Individual sessions.

Treatment Approach
- Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT) Builds skills in self-kindness and compassion toward others. It is especially helpful for people who struggle with shame or self-criticism.
- Eclectic Therapy Draws from different therapeutic methods based on what fits each client best. It is flexible and personalized rather than following one single model.
- Psychoanalytic Therapy Based on Freud’s theories, it explores unconscious conflicts and past experiences. It seeks to bring hidden issues into awareness.
- Psychodynamic Therapy Explores unconscious thoughts and patterns that influence current behavior. It builds insight into how the past impacts the present.
- Relational Psychotherapy Emphasizes the healing power of the therapist-client relationship. It uses trust and safety as a foundation for change.
- Somatic Therapy Helps clients notice how emotions are stored in the body. It uses breath, movement, and awareness for healing trauma and stress.
- Transpersonal Therapy Integrates spirituality and higher states of consciousness with psychology. It encourages growth beyond the individual self.
Approach Description: I have worked as a psychotherapist since 2007 in an outpatient mental health clinic treating a range of issues from trauma to anxiety and depression along with people having existential questions and spiritual awakenings. Although I was classically trained in psychotherapy, I use an eclectic approach to meet my clients where they are at.

As a graduate of NYU Social Work School, I knew I wanted to work with people to help guide them to find the best parts of themselves. I have worked as a psychotherapist since 2007 in an outpatient mental health clinic treating a range of issues from trauma to anxiety and depression along with people having existential questions and spiritual awakenings. Although I was classically trained in psychotherapy, I use an eclectic approach to meet my clients where they are at.
