I provide specialized therapy for individuals struggling with Anxiety, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, and Insomnia. I'm trained in Exposure Response Prevention therapy and Inference Based CBT and I provide CBT for Insomnia. I also use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to help individuals with various levels of anxiety and depression.

Treatment Approach
- Behavioral Therapy Uses learning techniques like reinforcement and practice to change unwanted behaviors. It is often applied to phobias, anxiety, and habits.
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) One of the most widely used approaches, CBT helps people identify unhelpful thoughts and replace them with healthier patterns. It is effective for anxiety, depression, and many other concerns.
Approach Description: I strive to always respect and accept people for who they are and aim to help them to reach their goals, whatever those may be. I've created a small, comfortable and home like atmosphere in my online space. I want clients to feel safe and relaxed when they engage in therapy online.

- Average Session Fee $100 - $150 - sliding fee offered for some situations.
- Affordable sliding scale therapy: apply if you may be eligible.
- I have limited slots for serving clients who have no insurance. We can discuss that option when you contact me.

- Blue Cross/Blue Shield and private pay at $150 per session.
