There are times when Anxiety, Depression, Low Self-esteem, Trauma and Loss can start to feel overwhelming. Though these feelings are all normal under the circumstances, they can feel isolating, confusing and that no one could help. I am passionate about the effectiveness of Integrative Counselling, which tailors the different approaches to each client's needs on a wide range of Issues. Most importantly you need to feel truly listened to and understood at your own pace. Counselling can help you to achieve clarity and balance, which can lead to a more fulfilling and positive way forward.
No feelings are wrong, but sometimes they can lead us to make unhelpful choices. I use such therapies as Person Centred, Transactional Analysis, Transpersonal, Gestalt, Cognitive/ Behavioural Therapy and relaxation, it is important to find out what is helpful and what is not, in an honest and open way. By developing a trusting relationship between clients and myself, positive ways forward can be achieved.
