There are times when Anxiety, Depression, Low Self-esteem, Trauma and Loss can start to feel overwhelming. Though these feelings are all normal under the circumstances, they can feel isolating, confusing and that no one could help. I am passionate about the effectiveness of Integrative Counselling, which tailors the different approaches to each client's needs on a wide range of Issues. Most importantly you need to feel truly listened to and understood at your own pace. Counselling can help you to achieve clarity and balance, which can lead to a more fulfilling and positive way forward.

Childhood and Adult Abuse/ sexual abuse, Bullying, OCD, clients with a learning disability, suicidal thoughts and eating disorders.
