Reaching out for help can be a difficult thing for most of us, but I hope to make that process easier for you. I provide a compassionate and safe space for you to learn and grow, and to make the improvements you are seeking in your life. I work with adults using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, relaxation training, and other health and behavioral interventions to address many issues including anxiety, stress, chronic pain, migraines, tension headaches, sport injury and recovery, POTS and dysautonomia, and the improvement of work, school, and sport performance.

Treatment Approach
- Biopsychosocial Therapy Takes into account biological, psychological, and social factors in understanding mental health. It looks at the whole person, not just symptoms.
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) One of the most widely used approaches, CBT helps people identify unhelpful thoughts and replace them with healthier patterns. It is effective for anxiety, depression, and many other concerns.
- Interpersonal Therapy (IPT) A short-term approach focused on improving relationships and social support. It is often used for depression and grief.
- Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) Focuses on solutions and future goals rather than past problems. It is practical, short-term, and goal-driven.
Approach Description: I'm a licensed Clinical Psychologist, with a PhD in Health Psychology and a background in Sport Psychology. I find that increasing your knowledge and skills can be very helpful, and can give you back a sense of control in your life.
