Since entering the field five years ago, I have worked with clients around general mental health concerns and healthy sexuality, especially the impacts this can have on a person's mental health. Our goals will be to discover healthy and appropriate coping skills to managing mental health concerns. In doing so, you will have a better understanding of yourself and the concerns that bought you to see me.

Education: I completed my undergraduate degree in 2013 through the University of Minnesota Duluth with a Major in Psychology and a Minor in Business Administration. I then went on to complete my Masters of Science in Clinical and Mental Health Counseling in 2017 through Walden University.
