’m a Registered Clinical Psychologist with a special interest in helping adults navigate anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, emotional overwhelm, and trauma—whether recent or rooted in the past. I work from an integrated mindfulness-based, CBT and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) approach, while adding in evidence-based tools, skills, and strategies tailored to your needs. Our work together can be process-oriented, skills-focused, or a blend of both.
I have a particular interest in supporting people who experience anxiety including, worry, overthinking, panic symptoms.
I also enjoy working with First Responders and WSIB clients facing occupational stress and trauma.
My goal is to help you calm your nervous system, access and build more self-compassion, and strengthen your emotional resilience, with tools that you can carry with you for the rest of your life.

Treatment Approach
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) One of the most widely used approaches, CBT helps people identify unhelpful thoughts and replace them with healthier patterns. It is effective for anxiety, depression, and many other concerns.
- Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) Focuses on strengthening emotional bonds in couples or families. It helps people identify negative cycles and create more secure connections.
- Internal Family Systems (IFS) Helps clients heal by working with different ‘parts’ of themselves, like inner critics or wounded children. It fosters harmony within the self.
- Light Therapy (Phototherapy) Uses exposure to bright light to regulate mood. It is best known for treating seasonal affective disorder (SAD).
- Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) Combines mindfulness practices with CBT to prevent depression relapse. It helps people notice thoughts without judgment and respond more calmly.
- Narrative Therapy Encourages people to view problems as separate from themselves and reframe their life story. It helps build resilience and self-identity.
- Psychoeducational Therapy Provides education and coping tools about mental health conditions. It empowers clients with knowledge and practical skills.
- Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) Focuses on solutions and future goals rather than past problems. It is practical, short-term, and goal-driven.
Approach Description: Use evidence based and evidenced informed approaches. Our work can be more process oriented, more skills based, or a combination of the two.

I’m a Registered Clinical Psychologist with over 14yrs of experience supporting adults through some of life’s most difficult chapters. Whether you're facing burnout, anxiety, trauma, grief, identity shifts, caregiving strain, or the quiet ache of self-doubt, I offer a grounded and compassionate space to explore what’s happening and what healing could look like for you.
My approach blends evidence-based methods like Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and mindfulness-based interventions with deep respect for the complexity of your story. I work relationally and collaboratively, helping clients understand the protective parts of themselves, develop greater emotional awareness, and move toward more fulfilling patterns of connection, work, and self-regard.
I support:
Professionals and/or caregivers navigating chronic stress, over-functioning, and role strain
First responders, healthcare workers, and WSIB clients impacted by occupational trauma
People facing relational or family conflict, postpartum transitions, or identity overwhelm
Highly sensitive individuals who feel overstimulated, unseen, or emotionally burdened
Adults processing complex trauma, moral injury, or shame-based beliefs
You don’t need to carry it all alone. Therapy can help you reconnect with your own wisdom, calm your nervous system, and take steady steps toward the kind of life and relationships you long for. Sessions are available online across Ontario, with warmth, skill, and attunement at the centre of the work.
