In our sessions, we will work on what you choose to bring to the sessions. You can expect me to ask questions which will help you quickly get to what you truly want in life. I specialize in coaching young adults who are struggling with organization, lack of motivation, and confusion about the future. My second practice focus is adults who want to work on boundary-setting, relationships, and uncertainty about the future. You will learn how to look at the opportunities in your life rather than obstacles. Through coaching, you will learn to look at the world and yourself without judgment-which is immediately impactful. I am accepting clients who are motivated and ready to get to work. I offer a 20-minute complimentary consultation to make sure coaching is right for you. All sessions are virtual.
