I believe therapy begins with feeling seen, heard, and accepted. My approach is warm, compassionate, and collaborative, creating a space where you can be your authentic self without judgment. I believe deeply in the connection between mental, emotional, and physical well-being, and I incorporate CBT, mindfulness, self-compassion, and values-based work to help clients better understand themselves and navigate anxiety, depression, relationships, and life transitions. My hope is to help you build a healthier relationship with yourself, practice greater self-compassion, and feel more confident moving toward a life that feels meaningful and aligned with who you are.

Treatment Approach

  • Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) Helps people accept difficult thoughts and feelings instead of fighting them, while committing to actions that reflect their values. It blends mindfulness with practical behavior strategies.
  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) One of the most widely used approaches, CBT helps people identify unhelpful thoughts and replace them with healthier patterns. It is effective for anxiety, depression, and many other concerns.
  • Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) Focuses on strengthening emotional bonds in couples or families. It helps people identify negative cycles and create more secure connections.
  • Existential / Humanistic Therapy Encourages people to explore meaning, freedom, and authenticity in their lives. It focuses on personal growth and living in alignment with one’s values.
  • Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) Combines mindfulness practices with CBT to prevent depression relapse. It helps people notice thoughts without judgment and respond more calmly.
  • Person-Centered Therapy (Rogerian) Emphasizes empathy, unconditional positive regard, and authenticity. It provides a safe space for self-discovery and growth.
  • Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) Focuses on solutions and future goals rather than past problems. It is practical, short-term, and goal-driven.
Approach Description: My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and rooted in compassion. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and therapy should be a space where we work together—not where you are simply told what to do. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, self-compassion, values-based work, and emotional awareness to help you understand the connection between your thoughts, feelings, behaviors, relationships, and overall well-being. I focus on helping you move beyond simply “getting through” difficult moments and toward developing a deeper understanding of yourself, building confidence in your choices, and creating a life that feels aligned with your values. Most importantly, I want you to feel safe enough to be honest, supported enough to grow, and empowered to become more compassionate toward yourself along the way.
