Bailey Workman Practice Description
My approach to therapy is informed by my education on human development in the social environment and a variety of therapeutic modalities, as well as my own identities as a queer and neurodivergent therapist. I regard all clients as the expert of their own experiences and adopt a collaborative attitude toward therapy in which we work together to build a plan for treatment which is tailored to each client's or couple's individual strengths, desires, and goals.
