As a specialized women's practice, we do cognitive behavioral therapies for women and their partners and families. We serve female identified individuals with a wide range of presenting concerns, some of which include depression, anxiety, relationship concerns, fertility/pregnancy/parenting concerns, trauma, addictions, substance use, self doubt, fears, insecurities, life transitions, school and career struggles.
