I work with US & international clients and expats on resolving life concerns and mental distress . I have twenty years of experience working with people in a multitude of settings. My approach is flexible, person-centered and warm. I like to make therapeutic work accessible and real-yet still deep, even in tough situations. My background is in humanistic , experiential and psychodynamic approaches. It basically means I trust people to have a sense of inner direction and that our job is to find it by having them contact their deeper sense of self in the moment; and also remove the barriers our upbringing has brought us that gets in the way as we move forward.
