In addressing spirituality, I begin by exploring the client's beliefs, values, and sense of meaning in life through open and respectful dialogue. Drawing from their personal experiences, I help clients deepen their understanding of spirituality and its role in their well-being. Together, we integrate practices such as meditation, reflection, or prayer that resonate with their spiritual journey. Through ongoing exploration and reflection, I support clients in cultivating a deeper connection to their spiritual beliefs and values, enhancing their overall sense of purpose and inner peace.
I help you connect with your inner self and explore your spirituality in a safe and supportive environment. Together, we'll uncover deeper meaning and purpose in your life, integrating spiritual growth with your overall well-being.
I consider myself a very spiritual person though perhaps not in a traditional sense. I work with folks who have all types of religious and spiritual backgrounds. I believe spirituality can be an amazing tool to help shape a more positive connection with others as well as with whatever you consider to be the source of your spirituality, be it God or a collective energy or anything else that makes sense to you.
Many people find they have within them a spiritual self that begs for expression. Mine is a non-denominational approach to understanding the light within you.
As a person of faith and a clinician who also has a theological education, I feel well equipped to incorporate spirituality and spiritual formation into sessions as desired by clients, always with the intention of helping you to achieve your goals.
