I provide services and strategies for anxiety, panic disorder, and trauma. I have a great deal of experience in mindfulness and yoga practices to aide in these symptom alleviation; and I have been trained in Adlerian styles as well as trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy.
I grew up in the country, in a very small town, and spent a lot of time outdoors. So, I know the value of outdoor play, vitamin N for nature, connection to one another, and building positive, long-lasting relationships. I have also traveled to several countries and almost all 50 states to experience life through the eyes of others.
