I will be your guide making sure that you are on your path to restore your joy and go where you want to go in life. I use EMDR and Holistic methods to build hope, resilience, and insight. I help clients explore their struggles, recognize their strengths and increase self-awareness in a safe, non-judgmental and supportive space. I believe that we can resolve your problems and re-define who you are today. You can move beyond your past and can get your life back.

My therapeutic style is collaborative, open, and focused on providing you with a safe space to work through issues and past trauma. Therapy isn't a one-size-fits-all approach; everyone's needs are unique. I draw from an eclectic and holistic toolkit of wellness strategies and modalities to meet your unique needs with respect to who you are as a person and your expectations of how you want to heal. I will work to create a collaborative environment to build trust and safety.
