I provide interactive virtual therapy where I support my clients through difficult times. I also provide my clients with a warm environment to cry, to pause, and to be mindful. I provide a holistic approach to help individuals, couples, and families figure out how to work together or work to clear their minds from past traumatic experiences that have shaped who they currently are. While allowing my clients to show up as they are and provide them the tools to work to implement confidence into their lives.
