Education: I received my Masters in Rehabilitation & Mental Health Counseling in 2019 from USF. In the following years, I received certifications in Polyvagal Theory, Somatic Therapy, and Brainspotting to help offer a higher level of care to my clients wrestling with anxiety, "feeling stuck", & trauma.
