I first heard about TherapyTribe when I started my private practice of counseling and psychotherapy in March of 2022. I really enjoyed being part of the TT community and the people who found me through it were some of my most diverse clients.

I prefer to work with clients in person. My office is beautiful and pleasant and is supplied through my alliance with Mindful Therapy Group with whom I contract for my location and administrative services. I love my work helping diverse clients by age (any age is ok with me), and by all other social preferences and assignments. My foundation in therapy is in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, and my most common work modality is Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy. Most important, I base all my work on the Therapeutic Relationship between each client and myself. That relationship begins with our first contact, and takes off energetically with our first meeting, even if that meeting has to be over Telehealth. For me, working with you is a dynamic collaboration where it feels to me like there is an invisible gyro between us that energetically feeds the work I do to help you create strategies, solve problems, and trust your natural healing process. I look forward to the opportunity to work with you.
