We are beings in motion, faced with the opportunity to learn and grow by becoming aware of the tension between what is conscious and unconscious on this journey called life. Psychotherapy and psychoeducation are tools that we can use together on this journey. I focus on helping you to grow, find yourself, and reduce suffering on your journey. People are not a disorder, as that is only looking at the negative, and we already do far too much of that. As Carl Jung said, "We are not what happened to us, we are what we wish to become".
