Having worked with clients for over 20 years, I understand that the decision to enter into therapy is not one to be taken lightly. I know that when we have questions in our lives, when our life feels "off balance," we want answers and we want them as quickly as possible. My goal is to help people -- men and women, straight and gay, young and old -- live a fullfiling life free from stress, depression and anxiety. I work with individuals and couples and have morning, afternoon and evening appointments available. I believe that the most important aspect of therapy is the relationship that develops between you and me. I provide individualized care -- no answering services, receptionists, etc. -- and will initially meet with you at no cost to make sure we can work well together.
