Welcome! For me, this work is deeply relational in nature, as I find a steady, trusting relationship to be central for deeper exploration. Together, we can attend to both immediate concerns and deeper themes such as emotional experiences, attachment styles, and family-of-origin dynamics. I offer a warm, steady presence alongside attuned and practical feedback, supporting meaningful insight that can lead to lasting change. Online therapy offers us a wonderful opportunity to engage in this work from the comfort of your own space, while also offering flexibility when needed. Treatment Approach
- Existential / Humanistic Therapy Encourages people to explore meaning, freedom, and authenticity in their lives. It focuses on personal growth and living in alignment with one’s values.
- Psychoanalytic Therapy Based on Freud’s theories, it explores unconscious conflicts and past experiences. It seeks to bring hidden issues into awareness.
- Psychodynamic Therapy Explores unconscious thoughts and patterns that influence current behavior. It builds insight into how the past impacts the present.
- Relational Psychotherapy Emphasizes the healing power of the therapist-client relationship. It uses trust and safety as a foundation for change.
Approach Description: I provide relational, psychodynamic therapy. Psychodynamic therapy is grounded in the idea that our early experiences shape how we understand the world, relate to others, and make sense of our inner lives. Alongside temperament and personality, these formative relationships influence attachment patterns, emotional responses, and how we treat ourselves. Within a reliable and attuned therapeutic relationship, there is room to revisit these patterns with curiosity and care, build greater emotional capacity, and develop new ways of relating. By working at this deeper level, change becomes more integrated and meaningful over time.
