Healing isn’t about fixing what’s broken—it’s about reconnecting with what has always been whole within you. My therapeutic approach is rooted in this belief: that you already carry everything you need to heal, grow, and find freedom. My role is not to heal you, but to walk alongside you with presence, compassion, and deep respect for your unique path.
My name is Emma, and I offer integrative, transpersonal therapy—a holistic approach that honours the full spectrum of your being: mind, body, heart, and soul. I work intuitively, weaving together a range of evidence-based and experiential modalities to create a supportive, person-centred space where transformation can unfold organically. This includes hypnotherapy, breathwork, ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), somatic and mindfulness practices, Past Life Regression, and psychedelic integration.
Our work together is always guided by what you need in the moment. Whether you're facing anxiety, depression, heartbreak, chronic stress, trauma, or simply feeling lost or disconnected, we begin exactly where you are—with gentleness and curiosity. I take the time to truly listen to you, to understand not just your symptoms but the deeper stories, patterns, and beliefs that shape your experience. Together, we bring awareness to those unconscious layers so that they can begin to soften, shift, and release.
A big part of my approach is helping you learn to trust yourself again. So many of us carry internalised messages that we are not good enough, that we are too much or not enough, that we must hustle or people-please to be worthy of love. These beliefs often form early in life and become the quiet background noise shaping how we show up in the world. Through our sessions, we work to gently interrupt those patterns—not by force, but by cultivating awareness, self-compassion, and new ways of relating to yourself and others.
I deeply believe in the power of relaxation as a gateway to healing. Often, the mind alone can’t think its way out of pain. That's where practices like breathwork, hypnotherapy and meditation come in. These tools act as portals to unconscious, where your own inner wisdom and innate healing intelligence reside—and where unprocessed emotions, trauma, and old narratives often live. By reconnecting with your unconscious mind, by softening the body an calming the nervous system in a safe and supportive way, you begin to feel more grounded, embodied, and present. You start to experience yourself not just as a mind with problems, but as a whole being with deep inner wisdom.
My work is also spiritually-informed, without being dogmatic. For those who are open to it, I welcome exploration of the deeper existential questions—Who am I? Why am I here? What is my soul calling me toward? I offer practices like meditation, visualization, and transpersonal inquiry to help you access a deeper sense of meaning and purpose. I also specialise in psychedelic integration and facilitate safe, legal psychedelic retreats in the Netherlands. These experiences can catalyse profound healing, but the real transformation often happens in the integration—the slow unfolding, reflection, and embodiment of insights. I support you through that process with care and integrity.
At its core, my approach is relational and collaborative. You are the expert on your life. I bring my knowledge, intuition, and presence, but you set the pace. Together, we co-create a space where you can safely explore your inner world, express your truth, and take empowered steps toward the life you want to live.
I offer sessions both online and in-person in Fareham, Hampshire, and I also host group circles and retreats for deeper immersion and connection. My practice is trauma-aware, inclusive, and grounded in the belief that all parts of you are welcome here.
You don’t need to have it all figured out. You don’t need to be “ready” in any specific way. You just need to bring your willingness to begin—however small that beginning may feel. If you’re feeling called to explore this work, I offer a free 20-minute discovery call to see if we’re a good fit.
Freedom isn’t something we find outside of ourselves. It’s something we remember, reclaim, and embody from within.

Approach Description: My therapeutic approach is grounded in the belief that you are not broken—you are whole, even if you’ve lost connection to parts of yourself. Healing is not about being “fixed,” but about returning to your natural state of balance, clarity, and inner freedom. In our work together, I create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where all parts of you are welcome. Together, we explore what’s present, gently unravel old patterns, and reconnect you to your deeper truth.
I offer one-hour sessions, either online or in person from my therapy space in Fareham, Hampshire. These sessions are shaped around you and what you bring on the day. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, numb, anxious, or just unsure of what’s next, we start right where you are. There’s no pressure to perform or make sense of everything—this is a space for you to slow down, breathe, and be met with presence and care.
My practice is integrative and person-centred, which means I draw from a wide range of therapeutic tools but tailor each session to meet your unique needs. I work intuitively, weaving together modalities such as hypnotherapy, breathwork, ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), somatic work, guided imagery, and mindfulness practices. I also specialise in psychedelic integration and Past Life Regression for those drawn to deeper transpersonal or spiritual work.
I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. Some sessions may be more focused on talking and insight, while others may involve experiential processes or body-based techniques. The intention is always to meet you where you are and help you move forward in a way that feels grounded, supported, and empowering.
Clients come to me for support with a wide range of issues, including: anxiety and fears, low self-esteem or self-worth, depression, grief, heartbreak, stress, burnout, social anxiety or isolation, chronic pain or illness, addictions or unwanted habits, trauma, spiritual awakening, existential questioning, or integration of psychedelic experiences.
What connects the people I work with is a desire to feel more like themselves again—or to discover who they truly are beneath the roles, masks, or coping mechanisms. Many of my clients are sensitive, deep-thinking, and open to inner exploration, but may have struggled to find support that truly honours their experience. I see therapy as a collaborative process—one where you are in charge of your journey, and I am here to support, guide, and gently challenge when needed.
In our sessions, you are invited to slow down and tune into what’s happening in the present moment—emotionally, mentally, physically, and even spiritually. We may explore the origins of certain patterns, or work with what is emerging right now in your body. Over time, you may notice yourself becoming more aware, more resilient, and more compassionate toward yourself. You may find that old coping mechanisms soften, relationships improve, and a clearer sense of direction begins to emerge.
Ultimately, my aim is to help you reconnect with your own inner wisdom, trust yourself more deeply, and step into greater freedom and wholeness in your life. You don’t have to do this alone. If you’re ready—or even just curious—I invite you to book a free discovery call so we can explore whether this feels like the right fit for you.
You already have everything you need within you. I’m here to help you remember.

A Safe Space to Heal, Grow, and Remember Who You Are
At the heart of my therapeutic practice is a deep respect for your individuality and the belief that true healing unfolds when you feel truly seen, heard, and held without judgment. I offer one-hour sessions, either online or in-person from my practice in Fareham, Hampshire, designed to meet you exactly where you are. These sessions are a space for you to pause, breathe, and explore—with compassion, curiosity, and the support of an experienced, attuned guide.
My approach is integrative and person-centred, meaning I draw on a wide range of therapeutic tools and modalities, but always tailor our work to suit your unique needs and preferences. No two sessions are ever the same, because no two people are. I work fluidly, responding to what arises in the moment and trusting your inner process.
Some of the core modalities I weave into my work include:
Hypnotherapy, which helps access the subconscious mind to gently shift limiting beliefs, release emotional blocks, and plant new seeds of possibility. Many clients find this work deeply transformative—particularly for issues like anxiety, low self-esteem, addictions, habits, and unresolved trauma.
Breathwork, a powerful somatic practice that allows you to regulate your nervous system, release stored tension and emotion, and reconnect with your body. It can be deeply grounding or profoundly expansive, depending on your needs and intentions.
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which helps you build psychological flexibility by learning to accept your inner experience while taking committed action toward what matters most to you.
NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), which offer practical tools for rewiring limiting thought patterns, calming anxiety, and strengthening emotional resilience.
Past Life Regression, for those drawn to exploring the soul’s journey and healing beyond this lifetime. This work can unlock insight, clear emotional imprints, and support spiritual growth.
Psychedelic Integration, where I support clients in processing and making meaning of past psychedelic experiences, helping them ground insights into everyday life. I also co-facilitate legal psychedelic retreats in the Netherlands for those seeking deeper healing and transformation in a safe, supported setting.
Each session is a co-creation. We begin by exploring what’s alive for you—what you’re struggling with, longing for, or curious about—and from there, I draw on the tools that best support your process. I hold space with deep presence and care, always honouring your pace, autonomy, and boundaries. My goal is not to direct or fix, but to empower you to connect with your own inner guidance and capacity for healing.
Clients come to me with a wide range of challenges—anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, heartbreak, chronic pain, spiritual emergence, relationship difficulties, social isolation, and more. But what often underpins these issues is a disconnection from self—a sense of being lost, overwhelmed, or out of alignment. Our work is about reconnecting you to your centre, your truth, and your inherent worth.
Beyond the techniques, what makes this work powerful is the relationship we build. Healing happens in safe, attuned connection. You don’t need to perform or pretend. All parts of you are welcome—the messy, the tender, the hopeful. I bring warmth, humour, intuition, and a deep trust in your process. You bring your willingness to show up, just as you are.
Over time, clients often find they feel lighter, more grounded, more empowered. They begin to relate to themselves with compassion instead of criticism. They make choices that align with their values. They find freedom—not in escaping their pain, but in learning to meet it with courage, curiosity, and grace.
If this resonates, I’d love to connect for a free 20-minute discovery call. Together, we can explore whether this work feels like the right next step on your healing journey.
