With over 50 years in healthcare and a background as a compounding pharmacist and MBA, I bring a deep understanding of how individualized solutions create lasting change. Just as I once customized medications, I now customize hypnosis sessions—no scripts, no one-size-fits-all methods. Treatment Approach
- Hypnotherapy Uses guided relaxation and focus to access the subconscious mind. It is often used for habits, anxiety, and pain management.
Approach Description: My approach to hypnosis is individualized, practical, and collaborative. I do not use scripted or one-size-fits-all methods. Instead, each session is customized based on the client’s goals, mindset, life experience, and the patterns that may be maintaining unwanted behaviors or emotional responses.
This approach is strongly influenced by my background as a compounding pharmacist, where success depended on carefully tailoring treatment to the individual rather than relying on standardized solutions. I bring that same precision and respect for individuality to hypnosis. Sessions are designed to work with the subconscious mind in a calm, focused way, helping clients develop new responses to stress, anxiety, habits, confidence challenges, sleep issues, and performance concerns.
Hypnosis is approached as a supportive, drug-free tool that encourages insight, self-regulation, and long-term change. Clients remain aware and in control throughout the process, and the work is always paced to feel safe, respectful, and empowering. My role is to guide—not direct—the process, allowing change to emerge in a way that feels natural and sustainable.
I view hypnosis as a complementary modality rather than a replacement for medical or mental health care. When appropriate, it can work alongside other professional support to help clients strengthen confidence, focus, emotional balance, and personal effectiveness.

background as a compounding pharmacist, MBA, Certified Hypnotist, and NLP Practitioner, I offer a personalized approach to hypnosis for anxiety, stress, confidence, habits, sleep issues, and performance. Rather than one-size-fits-all methods, my work focuses on helping clients create meaningful, sustainable change.
Before becoming a hypnotherapist, I spent decades as a compounding pharmacist, customizing medications based on each person’s unique needs. I bring that same individualized mindset to hypnosis therapy. Each hypnosis session is tailored to the client’s goals, mindset, and life experience—avoiding generic scripts and focusing instead on the underlying patterns that drive anxiety, procrastination, low confidence, and unwanted habits.
Clients commonly seek hypnosis for anxiety relief, stress management, confidence building, sleep improvement, procrastination, self-esteem, and performance-related concerns. Many are looking for a drug-free alternative to traditional approaches, especially when symptoms are driven by anxiety, mental blocks, or long-standing subconscious patterns. Hypnosis offers a practical way to work at this deeper level while supporting long-term personal growth.
My approach to hypnotherapy is collaborative, respectful, and grounded in real-world experience. Hypnosis is not medical advice and does not replace care from a physician or licensed mental health professional. I do not recommend stopping or changing prescribed medications without consulting your healthcare provider. Instead, hypnosis can be used as a complementary therapy to support emotional regulation, focus, confidence, and overall well-being.
People are drawn to my hypnosis practice because it combines decades of clinical experience with a calm, supportive, results-focused environment. Whether you are seeking help with anxiety, stress, habits, sleep, confidence, or performance, my goal is to help you develop greater clarity, control, and confidence in your daily life.
