Working with women, men and couples, I provide holistic, core healing for traumatic, confusing or painful pasts, specializing in shock, generational or relational trauma. I focus on being present in the NOW and in the body, to understand how to centre, ground and hold your balance in these crazy times. I can help you if you have feelings that are difficult to express or contain and regulate better. I can help you find greater silence and stillness within or how to experience an expanded, ecstatic flow states to attract greater health, vitality or abundance in your life. This system of psycho-therapeutic inquiry and body / soul healing that I offer can support you if you experience: • Fear, anxiety or panic attacks • Challenging relationships or communication problems • Depression, grief or loss • Stress.
