Consulting from a private practice in Fulham and Chelsea in London, I employ a combination of mindfulness-based interventions and psychotherapy as a gateway to change, encouraging clients how to come into relationship with their own thoughts, feelings and habitual behaviours rather than wrestle with them. This creates the conditions for emotional wisdom, growth and wellbeing.

I am a Psychotherapist and qualified Mindfulness Teacher specialising in the treatment of stress and anxiety disorders, depression, bereavement, trauma and other life challenges.
I practice Core Process Psychotherapy (CPP), a mindfulness based, transpersonal approach to therapy that is firmly rooted in the belief that at the ‘core’ of each of us lies the potential to connect more deeply with our inherent health and wisdom; in body, mind and spirit. If you decide to work with me you will be entering into a healing relationship with someone who is trained to hold and come alongside whatever is alive and going on for you with kindness, presence, insight and compassion.
I have experience working with a wide range of presenting issues (trauma, abandonment, attachment, depression, anxiety, grief, relationship difficulties, illness, major life transitions) and am particularly interested in working within and deriving meaning from the ‘thresholds’ we experience in life as a source of creative potential.
My focus is to offer a deeply embodied, gentle and collaborative process of bringing wise and compassionate attention to different aspects of yourself that may be neglected, wounded or hurting. So, however you may be feeling right now, please do get in touch and we can explore the possibility of working together
