With over 22 years’ experience, I help people who’ve tried everything else finally understand why they’re stuck—and how to move forward. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, trauma, phobias, or patterns that keep repeating despite your best efforts, I offer a calm, structured approach that gets to the root of what’s really going on.
My work is grounded in respect and reality. I don’t offer quick fixes or surface-level coping strategies. Instead, we work together to create genuine, lasting change—the kind that actually shifts how you feel and what’s possible for you.
People often come to me when they’re ready for something deeper. If you’re tired of managing symptoms and want to genuinely transform how you experience your life, I can help.

Treatment Approach
- Hypnotherapy Uses guided relaxation and focus to access the subconscious mind. It is often used for habits, anxiety, and pain management.
- Integrative Therapy Combines techniques from multiple approaches into a customized plan. It adapts to each client’s unique situation and needs.
Approach Description: My approach combines hypnotherapy with integrative therapy to work with both what’s happening for you now and the deeper emotional patterns that drive it. Rather than focusing on symptoms in isolation, we explore how and why certain reactions developed—and support your system in responding differently.
Hypnotherapy allows us to work with subconscious processes gently and with full awareness. You remain in control throughout, and the work is collaborative, calm, and carefully paced. The integrative aspect means I draw on different methods depending on what genuinely supports your needs, rather than applying a single rigid model.
Sessions are structured but unhurried, guided by your pace and what feels safe. The emphasis is on emotional safety, clarity, and meaningful change over time. The aim isn’t to fix or override anything, but to help your nervous system develop greater stability and a stronger sense of safety—allowing confidence and calm to emerge gradually and naturally.
This approach works particularly well for people who’ve found that understanding their patterns intellectually hasn’t been enough to shift them emotionally. It offers a way of working that respects both your conscious insight and the deeper learning that needs attention.

I offer a calm, structured space for people who recognise that something deeper needs attention—people dealing with anxiety, trauma, low self-esteem, emotional overwhelm, or patterns that keep repeating despite their best efforts to change them.
Many clients arrive having already tried coping strategies or talking therapies, yet still feel stuck. My work focuses on the underlying patterns—the subconscious learning and adaptive responses that once served a purpose but now limit what’s possible. These aren’t signs of weakness; they’re often intelligent survival strategies that your nervous system developed when you needed them.
I use an integrative approach that blends hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, and structured belief-based processes. This allows us to work with both present-day experiences and the earlier learning that shaped them. Sessions are steady and collaborative—you remain fully aware and in control throughout, and the pace is guided by what feels safe and appropriate for you.
Much of my work centres on anxiety, fear responses, trauma, adverse childhood experiences, low confidence, and long-standing belief patterns that affect how people relate to themselves and others. The emphasis is on understanding, emotional regulation, and allowing change to develop naturally rather than forcing anything.
Clients often describe my style as grounded, steady, and precise. I value clarity, emotional honesty, and practical progress. My aim isn’t quick reassurance or surface-level solutions, but supporting the development of a stronger internal foundation from which confidence, calm, and resilience can grow.
With over 22 years’ professional experience, I bring both depth and structure to this work. My practice offers a thoughtful, integrative approach that respects your pace and supports meaningful, longer-term change
