I believe that true healing begins when we feel fully seen, heard, and understood, without judgment or rush. As an Asian therapist, I bring cultural awareness, empathy, and heartfelt care to the space we create together. My work with families and couples has taught me how deeply relationships shape our sense of self and our emotional wellbeing. I focus on supporting couples in strengthening communication, rebuilding trust, and deepening emotional connection, helping partners better understand one another and navigate patterns that may keep them stuck. I also support families in creating understanding, connection, and safety within their relationships. I specialize in helping individuals and couples connect with their emotions, understand what they are trying to tell them, and navigate challenges such as anxiety, self-discovery, life purpose questions, relationship struggles, and life transitions. My hope is to provide a safe and supportive space where you can explore your experiences deeply and honestly, at a pace that feels right for you.
Outside of sessions, I find joy in cozy coffee shops, spending time with my family, or walking with my two goldendoodles. I’ve also been learning to garden - a sweet and gentle reminder that growth, like emotional healing, takes patience, nurturing, and time.
Reaching out can feel intimidating, but you don’t have to face it alone. I’m honored to walk alongside you on your journey, helping you connect with your emotions, gain clarity, and move toward healing, understanding, and meaningful connection.

Treatment Approach
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) One of the most widely used approaches, CBT helps people identify unhelpful thoughts and replace them with healthier patterns. It is effective for anxiety, depression, and many other concerns.
- Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) Focuses on strengthening emotional bonds in couples or families. It helps people identify negative cycles and create more secure connections.
- Family Systems Therapy Looks at problems within the context of the family as a whole. It aims to improve communication and balance in family relationships.
Approach Description: My therapeutic approach blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Family Systems principles to provide a holistic and personalized path to healing.
I use CBT to help you identify unhelpful thought patterns, understand how they influence emotions and behaviors, and develop practical strategies for managing stress, anxiety, and other challenges.
With Emotionally Focused Therapy, I focus on helping you connect with your emotions and deepen your relationships. EFT allows us to explore the underlying emotional experiences that drive patterns in your personal life or relationships, fostering understanding, empathy, and stronger connections with yourself and others.
Family Systems principles guide how we examine relational dynamics and patterns that may have shaped your experiences. By understanding these connections, we can work toward healthier communication, boundaries, and balance within your family or social network.
Together, these approaches create a compassionate and structured framework for growth. Whether you are navigating individual struggles, relationship challenges, or family complexities, my goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you can explore emotions, gain insight, and develop practical tools for meaningful, lasting change.
