I regard psychotherapy as a sacred practice, a place of ongoing devotion. Each session becomes a ritual space where creativity, playfulness, and curiosity are welcomed in the exploration of the psyche. By staying present and returning again and again to openness, the unknown can be transformed into meaning. This process often carries us into the work of intergenerational healing, allowing energy to return as we reconnect with our roots and uncover our truest selves. In my work with couples, I bring the same relational lens that shapes my individual sessions. A relationship already exists in the room, and I enter into that field with care, gradually weaving myself into its trust. Relational therapy, for me, means working with what is alive in the “here and now,” while also tracing those patterns back to their origins in the “there and then.” Humor and warmth remain vital companions in this work, helping clients stay resourced as we navigate difficult terrain together. My path as a therapist has been shaped by a commitment to both social and spiritual liberation. My training in Integral Counseling Psychology at the California Institute of Integral Studies grounded me in depth psychology, while my years in community mental health equipped me with cultural humility, liberation psychology, and healing justice frameworks. Earlier work as a birth worker continues to inform my perspective, reminding me that therapy often mirrors the process of bringing something new into being. I believe every person deserves to rediscover belonging — within themselves, within their bodies, and within the larger web of community and world. In our sessions, you will be supported in recovering what has been lost and discovering what longs to emerge. Our work will unfold at the pace of safety and trust, always guided by trauma-informed care. When you are ready, I will invite you into deeper attunement with your body and its messages, so you may listen more fully to its wisdom. It is my honor to accompany clients in this healing journey.

Treatment Approach

  • Jungian Therapy Draws on Carl Jung’s ideas about archetypes, dreams, and the collective unconscious. It helps people explore deeper layers of meaning.
  • Ketamine-Assisted Therapy Combines low doses of ketamine with psychotherapy to treat depression, trauma, and anxiety. It can provide relief when other methods haven’t worked.
  • Music Therapy Uses music listening, songwriting, or rhythm exercises to support healing. It is effective for stress, emotional expression, and cognitive challenges.
  • Relational Psychotherapy Emphasizes the healing power of the therapist-client relationship. It uses trust and safety as a foundation for change.
  • Transpersonal Therapy Integrates spirituality and higher states of consciousness with psychology. It encourages growth beyond the individual self.
Approach Description: My work is rooted in depth psychology, which honors the unconscious, symbolic, and ancestral layers of experience. I hold therapy as a space where the psyche can be explored with curiosity, creativity, and reverence, allowing meaning to emerge in its own time. In this process, we engage not only with the stories you carry but also with dreams, images, and the intergenerational patterns that shape your life. I also practice from a relational lens, understanding that healing happens in connection. The therapeutic relationship becomes a living ground where old patterns may surface and be transformed through new experiences of safety, presence, and trust. In working with couples and families, I attend closely to the “here and now” while tracing connections back to their roots in the “there and then.” Somatic awareness is another important thread in my work. I invite clients, at their own pace, to listen to the body’s wisdom, noticing sensations and signals that often hold keys to healing. This embodied awareness helps bridge the inner world of the psyche with the lived experience of the body. For those drawn to working outdoors, I offer eco-therapy as an extension of this practice. In nature, the therapeutic container expands — the Earth becomes an ally and oracle, inviting grounding, insight, and transformation. Whether through quiet presence among trees or ritual engagement with the more-than-human world, eco-therapy creates possibilities for healing that reach beyond what indoor sessions can offer.
