Approach Description: I work from a trauma-informed, human-centered, shame-free perspective. Each person in the world is a unique individual! I see my work as supporting you in finding your way to in the fullest, most vibrant life possible for you at this time. To start, we look at cognitive and behavioral concerns and explore what is happening day to day that is getting in the way for you. If and when you are ready to dig in deeper, using trauma methods we can shift you out of lifelong problematic patterns and heal painful wounds that are keeping you stuck. I practice EMDR and Flash for healing trauma using bilateral stimulation. Ketamine-assisted EMDR is an option which can help expedite processing as well as reduce discomfort and increase depth in your healing journey. I also am happy to work with you in exploring psychedelic-level ketamine-assisted psychotherapy.

I work with adults of all ages and am honored to work with those from a variety of backgrounds and life experiences different from my own. My practice name is Eff Shame Therapy because so many of us carry around so much shame that we are sometimes not even consciously aware of yet it impacts our every waking moment. It doesn't need to be this way! The impacts of abuse, prejudice, and all forms of harm can solidify into layers which distance us from living a full, vibrant life.
