Letitia Cullens-Proctor (She/Her)
Licensed Professional Counselor, LPC, LCPC, CCMHC
I’m a trauma therapist specializing in EMDR and KAP and supporting people heal from historic trauma and reconnect with themselves in the present. I also work with individuals navigating the “later-in-life” realizations such as receiving an adult ADHD/autism diagnosis (even without the official diagnosis) or rethinking long-held beliefs about who they are and how they want to live. My approach interweaves humor with curiosity and warmth because therapy doesn’t have to feel clinical to be effective. Whether you're processing trauma, exploring a new identity, or just feeling stuck, I’m here to support you with compassion, clarity, and respect.

Treatment Approach
- Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) A structured therapy that uses guided eye movements to help process traumatic memories. It is widely recognized for treating PTSD and trauma-related conditions.
- Integrative Therapy Combines techniques from multiple approaches into a customized plan. It adapts to each client’s unique situation and needs.
- Internal Family Systems (IFS) Helps clients heal by working with different ‘parts’ of themselves, like inner critics or wounded children. It fosters harmony within the self.
- Ketamine-Assisted Therapy Combines low doses of ketamine with psychotherapy to treat depression, trauma, and anxiety. It can provide relief when other methods haven’t worked.
- Person-Centered Therapy (Rogerian) Emphasizes empathy, unconditional positive regard, and authenticity. It provides a safe space for self-discovery and growth.
- Psychodynamic Therapy Explores unconscious thoughts and patterns that influence current behavior. It builds insight into how the past impacts the present.
- Somatic Therapy Helps clients notice how emotions are stored in the body. It uses breath, movement, and awareness for healing trauma and stress.
Approach Description: Our sessions are collaborative and client-centered. I bring together trauma-informed psychodynamic therapy, somatic techniques, EMDR, Internal Family Systems, and (when appropriate) KAP. Translation: we’ll use whatever evidence-based tools resonate with you and serve your goals, at your pace.

Letitia Cullens-Proctor Practice Description
I'm a fully remote therapist specializing in late diagnosed autistic and ADHD adults. I have several years of experience and dedicate my training to help people with childhood trauma, attachment wounds, and neurodivergent adults accept their uniqueness and find comfort and safety in unmasking. I also specialize in working with people who are making sense of “late-in-life” realizations whether that’s coming out as queer, being newly diagnosed with ADHD or autism (or both), or finally recognizing that the rules you’ve been living by were never actually yours to begin with.
