Approach Description: We have extensive training in several evidenced based treatments, and draw from mindfulness-based treatments (MBSR, MBCT, MBRP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI). We are also trained in exposure therapy for anxiety disorders and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for PTSD.
