I am trained in a variety of empirically supported psychological treatments including CBT, problem-solving therapy, behavior therapy, motivational interviewing, structural family therapy (SFT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), attachment-based therapy, and interpersonal therapy (IPT). Although many of these therapeutic techniques are highly structured, I take an individualized approach to understanding my clients, viewing each client as unique with personal life experiences belonging only to you.
