Are you struggling with a challenge that you haven't been able to resolve on your own? I help clients struggling with relationship issues, dating difficulties, marital discord, and step family adjustment. I see clients for couples, family, and individual therapy and help them find their way out of their stuck place. When our relationships are struggling, we become predisposed to both physical and emotional difficulties. I use Emotionally Focused Therapy, an evidence-based approach, which provides us with a map and helps us understand ourselves and others better.

Treatment Approach
- Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) Focuses on strengthening emotional bonds in couples or families. It helps people identify negative cycles and create more secure connections.

- Experiential Therapy Involves hands-on activities to bring emotions into the present moment. It helps clients process feelings more deeply than through conversation alone.
- Interpersonal Therapy (IPT) A short-term approach focused on improving relationships and social support. It is often used for depression and grief.

Approach Description: I use an Emotionally Focused Therapy approach in my work with individuals, couples, and families. Emotionally Focused Therapy is a humanistic, experiential form of therapy based on the science of attachment. I'm passionate about the model and I've taken additional training to develop the confidence and skill to work with you individually, as a couple, or as a family. I'll help you identify which type of therapy is the best fit to get you feeling connected to your joy and your important others again.

I consider it a privilege to connect with clients in a manner that's genuine and authentic. I look forward to exploring your unique experiences, relationships, and emotional worlds throughout the therapeutic process.
When we are feeling disconnected from our loved ones, we can feel even more lonely when we are together than when we are alone. This can be tremendously painful for everyone involved. When working with couples and families, I come alongside to help you find your way back to each other. I work with you to help you reestablish connections with those that make your life feel full and your home the safe space you look forward to getting back to at the end of your day.
My clients describe me as easy to talk to, caring, and compassionate. I have worked with a wide range of clients struggling with a variety of issues, including, stress, anxiety, depression, relationships, boundaries, and unmet or unexpressed needs, fears, and desires, life transitions, complex trauma, grief and loss. I offer individual, couples, and family therapy services.
