Making changes can be very difficult. I believe that therapy is about finding the inner strengths inside of yourself that can allow you to become the person you want to be. Whether you are healing from wounds from your past or looking to write a new future, change is possible. No two people go through this process in the same way, everyone's journey is very unique. I have been working with children, teens and adults with a variety of issues for over 20 years. I have in depth experience with anxiety, trauma and depression along with the ways that those issues can affect the members of their family. I have worked in residential treatment, behavioral health hospitals and outpatient settings. In the beginning, starting to change can seem overwhelming and maybe even impossible. I use approaches that embrace the idea that everyone is different and everyone can just with the right approach to the problem.
