I help couples get close again and individuals to move through the blocks that keep you feeling stuck. I continue to update my skills through ongoing professional training and consultation and have helped hundreds of couples and individuals feel happier in their lives and relationship. My approach includes a number of evidence-based modalities: Emotionally Focused Therapy for Couples, (EFT), Bowen Family Systems Therapy, Gestalt, Rogerian Person-Centered Approach, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, (CBT), Imago Therapy, NVC Rosenberg's Nonviolent Communication,and Re-evaluation Counselling. Within a safe, compassionate and non-judgmental environment I support individuals to explore where you feel blocked and take the steps needed to make changes. With couples I help you to slow down and track the negative cycle the keeps you and your partner stuck, and to step out of repetitive actions that create distance, paving the way for new responses that bring each other closer.
