Are you and your partner having the same argument over and over again, only to end up walking on eggshells? Do you wish you could be confident enough to speak up for yourself? Do you wonder if this relationship is right for you? I provide individuals and couples with practical tools to understand why the pattern continues, and how to change it.
You will be provided with specific tools to help you manage conflict with grace and rebuild the friendship that brought you together in the first place, all the while maintaining an authentic sense of yourself. Together, we focus on building practical tools that help you communicate more clearly, manage conflict with greater calm, and reconnect with the friendship and trust that brought you together in the first place.
At the same time, our work honors your sense of self. You can learn to show up authentically in your relationships without losing who you are or walking on eggshells to keep the peace.

Sometimes life slowly turns into stress and disconnection.
And sometimes it can shatter or feel like it falls apart all at once after a loss, trauma, or sudden change.
I work with individuals and couples who feel stuck in emotional cycles and unsure how to move forward. Many of my clients are navigating relationship struggles, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, and codependent patterns that leave them feeling exhausted and disconnected from themselves and the people they love. I often work with adults in their thirties and forties who are trying to balance relationships, family, and personal wellbeing, as well as men facing the challenges and identity shifts that come with divorce.
A large part of my work focuses on helping couples resolve conflict in healthier ways, rebuild emotional and physical intimacy, and strengthen communication. Together, we work on creating clearer boundaries, restoring self confidence, and reconnecting with the friendship and trust that brought you together in the first place.
I also support individuals and families through divorce and separation, with an emphasis on creating amicable processes that reduce harm and support children whenever possible. Divorce can be one of life’s most painful transitions, but with guidance and care, it can also become a time of healing, growth, and rebuilding.
Grief and loss are woven throughout much of the work I do, whether related to relationships, health, loved ones, or life changes. As a cancer survivor, I understand firsthand how deeply these experiences can affect your sense of safety, identity, and hope. Therapy offers a space where that pain can be honored and worked through rather than carried alone.
My approach is warm, compassionate, and honest. I encourage reflection and self awareness while also gently challenging patterns that keep you stuck. Healing happens when we understand ourselves more deeply and begin making different choices with support.
I am LGBTQ affirming and welcome gay and lesbian individuals and couples into my practice with respect and care. Everyone deserves a space where they feel seen, valued, and understood.
Therapy is not about fixing you. It is about helping you heal, grow, and create a life and relationships that feel more connected, balanced, and fulfilling.
