I help clients with issues such as social anxiety, troubled relationships, chronic pain, career transition, anger, depression, and more. I collaborate with you and check for consent along the way so that you are actively engaged and even enjoying the process of therapy. I help provide shorter-term strategies for more immediate relief such as breathing techniques and communication strategies and simultaneously work with you to engage in mindfulness and somatic (body-based) techniques to uncover the underlying beliefs and emotions that are creating stuckness in your life. I have extensive somatic and trauma training to help resolve these beliefs and emotions once uncovered.
