You are unique and so is your therapy process. We tailor our work together to your specific needs and goals. It is my belief that you don’t need to be fixed and you are whole and complete. A great therapist helps guide you to your own inner wisdom and natural ability to heal. In my practice I love incorporating Internal Family Systems model, somatic modalities, and mindfulness-based modalities, as I have personally and professionally experienced how powerful, effective, transformative, and gentle these methods are. I am also trained in and passionate about psychedelic / Ketamine assisted therapy and psychedelic integration.
