Some people come to me overwhelmed, exhausted, and insecure. Others need help with an important life decision. My approach is active and collaborative: I trust their knowledge of themselves and offer my insights, skills, and training to achieve lasting change and healing. Together, we identify ways to align their daily lives and environments with their long-term goals and values. We turn avoidance into action and integrate unaccepted aspects of themselves through mindfulness and self-compassion. My approach is warm, nonjudgmental, and genuine. I am passionate about helping people reduce their suffering and build lives they find meaningful and fulfilling.

Depending on the individual's need, I use treatment adherent DBT for adolescents and adults, CBT, or existential-humanistic therapy. I specialize in treating adolescent girls and young adult women for stressors around life transitions, sexuality, perfectionism, relationships, and discrimination among others. I welcome all genders and ages 13+.
Our identities and histories are intricately influenced by our social context which is why I always seek to understand a person in the context of societal factors like discrimination and privilege. My hope is to create a safe space for all identities to explore their realities and wounding.
