My name is Abhimanyu Wolf. I specialize in helping people heal from trauma and from abusive relationships. I focus on uprooting the shame that drives us towards self-destructive behaviors and on rewriting self-defeating beliefs. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), which is an evidence-based treatment for trauma.
