As a group of licensed therapists in Minnesota, we are dedicated to helping you navigate life’s challenges—from the weight of trauma and grief to the complexities of anxiety and chronic illness. We also offer EMDR and DBT. We believe the right "fit" is the foundation of growth, which is why we offer free consultations to help you meet with a therapist and see if it’s a good match before you begin. Whether you prefer the convenience of online therapy or need the engagement of our specialized software for children (ages 10+), we make the process easy with online booking and sessions available seven days a week. Treatment Approach
