I am a humanistic therapist and specialize in working with clients who have eating disorders, addiction, and trauma and support them on their road to recovery. I also work with individuals, couples and families who are going through life transitions. I am an EMDR Certified Therapist, a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, trained in MBSR, CPT, Trauma informed yoga (RYT-200), DBT, CBT, and Non Violent Communication (NVC). My approach is client centered, and I work as a gentle guide to support you on your journey to self discovery and growth. I look forward to accompanying you as we together look to strengthen what is working in your life and to uncover possible blocks to what could be interfering with you living your best life.
