Patricia Gutierrez Practice Description

Life can get a little complicated for many of us at times. Everyone has battles and hurdles to overcome. For over 25 years I have work with individuals and couples to address issues they are facing in life. I realize no two people are alike, so my therapy is tailored to meet the needs of my clients. I like to utilize approached and techniques that best fit the clients. I have variety of different trainings in different models of therapy. I have training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy (PCT), and Motivational Interviewing. I am also Trauma Certified Counselor. Working with the clients, I feel it is important to start where the clients is and walk alongside side of them while they are learning to heal and giving them a hand in that healing process when needed.
