I work with couples and individuals. My goal is to work collaboratively with you--meeting you where you are currently and finding clarity in your goals. Once we get a clear sense of what you want to work on, we focus on gaining insight and understanding and working directly to facilitate change with concrete tools and action-oriented strategies. I use neuroscience, mindfulness, self-compassion, and somatic-oriented techniques to help us achieve our therapeutic goals.
