I work with individuals and couples. My goal is to work collaboratively with you--meeting you where you are currently at and finding clarity in your goals. Once we get a clear sense of what you want to work on, we focus on not only gaining insight and understanding but I work directly to facilitate change with concrete tools and action oriented strategies. I use neuro-science, mindfulness, self-compassion, and use somatic-oriented techniques to help us in achieving your therapeutic goals.
