There are few things harder than asking for help. Sometimes people seek counseling for this help and sometimes they just want to make positive changes in their lives. I aim to build genuine and productive connections with clients, incorporating a relaxed setting and humor when appropriate. Counseling may be a hard journey, but things like trust and comfort level can create an ideal setting for growth. - I'm currently taking on new clients. However, I'm not seeing couples, those struggling with eating disorders, or substance abuse. I most often handle cases related to depression, life transitions, women's issues, and anxiety or trauma.
