Approach Description:
The Consultation Call
An initial phone call of fifteen minutes is all it takes to determine whether I am the right one to help you. During the call, we will discuss:
why you’ve chosen to reach out at this time
what your challenges are
what your therapy goals are

In the case that I am not the right fit, I will do my utmost to refer you to a therapist that is uniquely equipped to help you.
The Intake Session
If I can provide what you need, we’ll schedule an intake session.
During this session, I’ll gather pertinent details of your current issues and collect some preliminary information of your personal and family history.
If you are seeking couples/family therapy, the focus will be directed on the history of your relationship.
The Attachment Session
In the second session, we will focus on your attachment history.
We will go through a series of guided questions to help us efficiently learn the patterns you developed when dealing with emotional and relationship stressors.
With couples, this session will be conducted with each partner separately.
Setting Goals
Once we’ve identified your inner dynamics, we will prioritize your therapy goals.
This may be learning new skills, tools, and techniques to address your more immediate stressors or addressing any underlying issues through deeper therapy work.
